The charming and individual style of the barn and its surrounds have been lovingly restored and are full of rustic chic providing the perfect venue for small celebration gatherings like birthday parties, anniversaries, and weddings. The Farmstead is set in the middle of fields with no close neighbours . There are areas for easy parking and erection of marquees to complement the space in the barn. The Farmstead offers a blank canvas to design & set up individual layouts to suit individual preferences. The Farmstead can host celebrations of up to 50/60 guests with the added benefit of onsite self catering accommodations from both the Grade II listed Georgian style farmhouse with modern conversion & extension & a traditional Cumbrian stone barn conversion ..with a total of 15 bedrooms offering accommodation for up to 32 plus persons. The barn itself with adjacent paved outside space is spacious with attractive lighting, bbqs, pub style tables and benches and fire pit and the ability and freedom to create your own style, colour scheme and personal touches which make your wedding celebration unique!
